What does “activations” mean?

Each device or browser profile you activate counts as one activation. The 5- and 10-activation tiers cover most users comfortably — typical reasons to need more than one are using the app on a laptop and a desktop, or after clearing browser data. Activations can be released from Settings → License.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes — we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every license. Reply to the receipt email you received at checkout and we’ll process it through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. For the full policy framework, see Lemon Squeezy’s refunds & chargebacks documentation.

Do I need to be online to use the app?

You need an internet connection to openthe app, because it’s served from the web — your browser has to download the page before it can run. Once it’s loaded in your tab, everything you do happens locally: creating invoices, running the stopwatch, and exporting PDFs all read from and write to your own device, with no network calls. If you reload the tab or open it on a new day you’ll need to be online for that initial load again. Pro license validation also pings our servers silently once a day; if you stay offline, a banner appears after 45 days and Pro features pause after 60 days until you reconnect.

What if I already paid?

Open the activation link from your purchase email, or paste your license key on the License settings page.
